To mark the 200th anniversary of Mór Jókai’s birth, Színes Város invited young artists to reinterpret his literary legacy through contemporary public art. We wanted the film to go beyond the usual documentation of a mural’s creation. Alongside the painting process, it follows the jury’s deliberations and the selection of the winning design, offering a closer look at how the project came to life. The selected artwork was transformed into a large-scale mural at 2 Kis Diófa Street in Budapest, connecting literature, urban space and collective memory.Who did PamKutya run into?!
